My technician came into my house with covers over his shoes. He explained the process that he was going to perform and explained how this cleaning would be different from the one I had in the Fall. He understands how I am thinking about replacing my rugs and he tells me what I can do to delay this expense. Highly recommend especially to my neighbors and friends.

I found Bob to be professional and thought the process of not steaming the rugs to be a good choice. I appreciated the extra bottle of stain remover. The rug and furniture look and smell great. I would use the service again in the future.
