I like that they are safe for kids and pets. I have 1 younger child and 4 dogs so the safety for them is a huge reason I use Oxi Fresh. The dry time is great because we don't have soaked carpets that we can't walk in all day.
The owner did your carpets for the most recent appointment and he was so friendly and chatty the whole time. It was a very pleasant experience. We will continue using Oxi Fresh and reccomend them to friends and family.
