I’ve used your service in the past and was so impressed that I decided to book again. My last time booking, I had a 9am appointment. I didn’t receive a call until 9:11am the day of, telling me that there are some technical difficulties, which led to needing my appointment to be rescheduled. This was an inconvenience for my husband, whom changed his plans for his off day so he could wait at the house for the crew to show up. I have not rescheduled yet due to me being at work when they asked me to call back to do so. I do not feel I should have to reach out to whom I have already booked an appointment with once, to reschedule. It has been a week now since this happened and I haven’t heard from anyone so at this point, I feel as if my request for services isn’t needed from the company.

The carpet looked good immediately after but upon inspection and it drying I realized that like none of the stains came out. My area rug isn’t even a year old and all of the same stains are there, idk what to say.. I’m disappointed.
