Easy to book an appointment. Jeff was on time, very informative, and did a great job on our apartment. He worked very hard and was done quickly. He was able to get out the stains shown to him and made the carpets look new again. Overall, great job and we are very happy.

Simple process, no mess,carpet fresh and the service young man was very polite and explained things as he was going through the process. He took time to answer any questions and didn't get upset with this homeowner breathing over his back. Good product. If my wife uses Oxi in the was why not on the carpets.Highly recommended. Thanks again. You saved me a lot of hard work.
