I was amazed how little time it took for the carpet to cleaned with really great results. I like the prompt follow up after making the appointment, even thou I had to cancel the first chosen date. I was impressed with the integrity of the technican and liked the fact the Oxi Fresh home base was in Lakewood Colorado where I used to lived and loved it. GO. - Reading, PA - 12/25/2024

This was first time experience I am not sure I would have another service done. The job felt done too fast. The service man seem bother when I had asked if there was a service person that spoke Spanish. I paid before he started I don’t like that there is a tip option there is no need for one if I am paying for service done for the first time. I left a 10% to be mindful. When I asked about a few questionable stains that were there at the home before I moved in the service person seem to have little knowledge I thought I would get some recommendation. I did ask to go over some areas where there was a stain and he did as I asked but was not very happy to do it. He also did not tell me how long it would take for the carpet to dry he ran off without a thought. The carpet was wet for remainder of the day. I definitely will not be recommending anyone for your service. And this will be my last time ever getting this service done by this company. YP. - Temple, PA - 09/21/2024
