Very knowledgeable and explained the process well! We rent and the carpet is 20+ years old and this is our second cleaning as recommended by the tech the first time! We are very pleased with the way the carpet looks and smells

He was here 20 minutes. Bought in a machine with no water. Barely went over the carpet and it still has odor. I would think he would brinh a machine zo use liquid cleaner
He barely did anything. In and out in 25 minutes and still smells.
