Step 1
First, we'll start by examining the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We'll be looking for areas that might need extra attention from us.

Step 2
Next, we'll vacuum the tile and grout to remove any debris settled on the surface. We do this to make sure we remove debris that could be abrasive and damage the tile during the cleaning.

Step 3
We will then apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner to the tile. This product breaks down tough deposits of dirt, oils, and grime that are clinging to the tile.

Step 4
Next, using our special machine, we’ll carefully and thoroughly clean the tile floor. The machine’s brushing action will continue the process of breaking up grime and dirt that the Oxi Stone Cleaner began.

Step 5
Once we’ve agitated the floor, we extract it, leaving it looking great. If we find any grout that is still heavily stained, we'll then use Oxi Restore. This product is specifically tailored to treat the toughest of grout stains.

Step 6 (Optional)
Once we are done with the main stages of cleaning, you'll have the option to select our grout protectant as an additional service. Our grout protectant can act as a shield, protecting the porous material of the grout from absorbing future stains. This is an excellent way to protect the investment you've made by hiring a professional cleaner.
