This was a wonderful experience using Oxi Fresh. Your employee Skyler called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if we would like for him to come early. YES! When he arrived, Skyler explained how everything worked and when he finished had me examine the carpets. He did a remarkable job. Skyler is very courteous and very much a gentleman. Unfortunately the carpets are not as clean as I would’ve hoped. The dark spots are still very visible. I think it may be the equipment used. Not sure. The guy was very friendly but not happy with the carpets at all.
