My carpet in the 3 rooms that were treated do not look like they’ve been cleaned and all.
Carpets are still very dirty, with stains and dirt. Not sure how the dirt is removed when there is no suction of any kind… only scrubbing the carpet does not lift the dirt out.
Also had 2 chairs treated and dirty water stains were left on arms and front of seat cushions.
Very disappointed. We are selling our home and was hoping to have clean carpets for the showing we had that evening.
I truly don’t think I should have had to pay for any of the treatment. To make things right, I think I should receive a full refund.

Thank you for making getting my carpets cleaned an easy process. From scheduling to rescheduling to actually performing the work, everything went smoothly. I really appreciate being able to get an online quote and then when it came time to pay, I owed exactly what the quote was. The guy who came out, Skylar was professional and friendly.
