Carpet was decent for the price. I don't think it was the cleaners fault, but he was late to appointment and then his machine broke down so he had to drive somewhere to get another. Took hours to get our carpet finished.

Damond was very polite and he did a great job on our carpet cleaning yesterday. He really worked hard on the stain area that we were concerned about and he really did his best. It's not completely cleared out but he did his best. I will refer my family and friends to your company
