Wally was very thorough and explained the processes. He helped me move some items from the carpeted areas to be cleaned. He was here for 2 + hours which meant he took his time with each area

No chemicals are used whilst cleaning the carpets. Wally is pleasant and professional and is conscientious about doing a good job. The carpets look great when he is finished.
