Hakan is the "icing on the cake" for the incredible experience that my husband and I had with him and his service of breathing life back into adjoining rooms of light color carpeting. His courteous and warm personality made us feel that he was indeed being honest in his assessment of the condition of the 20+ years old carpeting. He knows his stuff very well, and determined that although a bit soiled in areas, he would do his utmost best, then explained his process and immediately started working. Very low noise equipment (not like the loud machines used by a competitor), and he completed the cleaning in about an hour. Lightly moist to the touch, Hakan gave advice on how to allow about 2 hours before first vacuuming and then being able to put back the furnishings into the two rooms. The rooms were bright and beautiful again, with the very light beige looking almost as they had when first installed. The indentations from furniture weight were gone, as were several unidentifiable light orange stains. No pets or children in the household, no meals eaten in the rooms, and yet those mysterious stains. No problem for Hakan! He eliminated them altogether! Later that afternoon, our son in law and teen grandson came over to move back everything. We rearranged the placement of the furniture, creating a more spacious appearance in the family room. We are highly pleased with the results (a neighbor had said that we would, since she had employed Hakan also), and recommend Hakan without hesitation.
