I went with oxi for the first time. I wanted to try and different carpet cleaner. I was not happy with the last company I used. Which i have used faithfully the past 5 yrs. But I was disappointed with the last service I had with them. Maybe they had a 1 bad time out of several anyway just to change it up I gave oxi a try and im very happy with the out come. Very professional, fast response, even my carpet dried faster?? Any way thank you for a job well done guys. Kathleen and Dale
