The worker was nice but after the cleaning the carpets weren't clean. I had precleaned some spots before he came and they were the only clean spots after he left. Advertised Carpet cleaning should result in clean carpets. I don't think that you should have to pay extra for deep cleaning to get the carpets cleaned. So what is it that I pay for with the promo without paying extra for deep cleaning...carpet wetting? Certainly not carpet cleaning. TA. - Sparks, NV - 09/25/2023

A friend recommend me to Oxi . So, having used several carpet cleaning companies. in town, with out satisfaction, I decided to give them a try. I was so very pleased. Besides looking wonderful, the carpet was dried in a couple hours. ( I forgot to ask the cleaner to leave me some business cards so I can give them to my friends. ) I strongly suggest you give this company a try. PY. - Sparks, NV - 09/01/2023
