I reached out to get a mattress cleaned - a service that wasn't exactly listed on their website, but I was desperate. I got a message back shortly stating they could help me out and do it soon! They were at my house within 8 business hours of my initial contact. The team members who managed my job were communicative (called when they were on their way), nice, respectful, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. As for my mattress, it is 95% better, and with time I think the remaining perfume will dissipate with time. Would highly recommend!

Friendly Gabrielle ,carpet looks good. I only wish i had the extra $40 to get the dog urine smell out! She was on time,and carpet wasnt wet after,plus smelled good. She did a good jib. Stains are gone too.Thank you!

Not happy how the carpet turned out after it dried. I gave up after an hour and a half trying to vaccum out the spikes that were left. Also some rough spots that never occued after traditional steam cleaning. Going to have Carpet Tender come in to see if they can salvage it. In spite of this, Gabi the technician was very good. Guess that's what I get for going green!
