Carpets appear no cleaner than prior to service and special attention to pet stains made them much worse.

There was an issue with our appointment time. I appreciate the owner contacting me; I had thought that our new appointment time had been confirmed, but our technician was still late. The service that was completed was good quality, I was just disappointed in the scheduling and communication issue.
