The technician was very nice, but was 2 hours late. He was apparently overbooked and someone did not show for work.
I feel like your process of cleaning is moving the dirt around and not removing it. The carpets had significant stains to begin with, but it seems like the dirt was simply spread throughout the room.
I'm not impressed.

I reached out to get a mattress cleaned - a service that wasn't exactly listed on their website, but I was desperate. I got a message back shortly stating they could help me out and do it soon! They were at my house within 8 business hours of my initial contact. The team members who managed my job were communicative (called when they were on their way), nice, respectful, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. As for my mattress, it is 95% better, and with time I think the remaining perfume will dissipate with time. Would highly recommend!
