To be honest, I have two issues. There is a dark patch along one side of my oriental rug that I mentioned to Scott as he was finishing up. He said it would dry properly but it didn't. There are also two white spots on my carpet where the feet of the machine stood that weren't there before he started. I would consider paying you to come back out, but not full price. So I hope we can work something out. But even with these issues I am very happy with my experience with your company. I will use you again and recommend you without hesitation.

Robin from the Howell Oxi Fresh cleaned my daughters home and did a wonderful job. The rugs came our really like new. His skills were very good and his customer service was exceptional . I highly recommend using Robin.
