Shannon gave fantastic info on products and what to expect. He worked really hard on some bad spots in our carpets from spills. They turned out really good! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Friendly guy who did a nice job!
There was a misunderstanding on my part as to what day they were coming. I had thought the estimate was the actual appt. After I called when they didn't show up. I talked to a gal that got me an appt just in time for my walk thru the next day.
I was a satisfied customer in the end!

I’m disappointed that spots are still on my furniture and my carpet. There are areas that don’t look clean. I’m just not impressed with the cleaning. I also have to do some paint touch ups because there are many scratches on my walls from the equipment. The guy who came was very nice and I was pleased with his personality and willingness to get it done but I just feel like the process isn’t that great. I will not use you again and I will for sure not recommend you.
The best thing you could do is come and look at everything and to see why it isn’t clean and to see the scratches on my walls. I would like for you to finish cleaning it the right way.

I loved having the option to use a less smelly process and one that does not require a super long dry time. I am allergic to strong scents so that was very nice. Shannon was super to work with and made good use of his time. It may be helpful to be able to indicate size of rooms and size of extra rugs to clean as well.
