Mention when there are stains that are visible after cleaning and ask if the customer would like them removed. Easy up sell and we would have said yes.

What was advertised as a carpet cleaning is not cleaning. I would call it more of a carpet refresher, eliminating some odor, which I could have accomplished with a box of baking soda and my vacuum for way less then the $175 I was quoted. I did pay "only" $150 as the technician changed my appointment time.
My carpets are not clean, so I had to call and make an appointment with a real carpet cleaning company, who is charging me only $100 to steam clean my carpets and deodorize.
How can you make it right? Refund my money and quit advertising that you "clean" carpets.
I will be waiting for my refund.
