We had a great experience with Oxi Clean! He came right to our home and cleaned three rugs for us. Super professional, easy to work with, and so convenient not having to haul anything anywhere. The rugs looked so clean afterward!

Clearly explained everything, kept in touch with phone texts so there were no scheduling surprises.
Quick, efficient, not alot of hoses and drama. Carpets dried quickly. Technician was efficient, organized, personable but professional.

Have used Oxi Fresh Capet Cleaning for several years. Love how easy it is to schedule. Reminders and updates are great! Carpets are not saturated after. Only took 2-3 hours to be dry. Staff are friendly and explain the process step by step before starting. Their equipment comes inside with them so no open doors or windows. Excellent job! Carpets look great! They are the best!

I am pleased with Oxi Fresh's communication, service, and pricing. My experience started with awesome customer service during my phone call with Allison. She was VERY confident that Oxi Fresh had the solution I was looking for and thoroughly explained my options. She was certainly correct! Michael did an awesome job removing a stain that I thought was indelible. He even identified and removed another stain that I had overlooked!
