Totally ripped me off. I had an area rug cleaned (7x5) the lady that scheduled my appointment said the price depended on the size of it. Which I never told her the size on the phone because I didn’t know. So when the guy gets here he charged me $118 dollars. For a rug??? I’ve had my whole apartment carpet cleaned by action cleaning for $95. I asked the guy so if a rug was 2x2 it would still be $118?? He said yes. Uhm what???!!! They’re totally robbing people. Then I called and asked the guy for some refund and he wouldn’t do it. I will NOT be giving these people service again and I will be telling everyone else to go elsewhere for their services.
