I would like to have seen the entry way to rooms gone over a bit more, they still look a little dirty. I also had to wash floors by room entry ways because of wet foot prints.

there were some chalk stains on my carpet which were literally untouched and we werent even informed by the cleaning guy that he cant remove them. he just went over it and left. and when i asked him later why he left those chalk stains. he simply replied that u were supposed to buy some ‘spotting kit’ and that ur charges will “significantly increase” if u want it spot clean. i ended up scrubbing the carpet myself after paying more than $300
