The edges of the rooms were very poorly done and honestly all of the carpets were very poorly done. I can still see hair and debris on the edges and other places on the carpet. I vacuumed each room three times before they were suppose to be cleaned, but aren’t you guys also suppose to vacuum before hand? The carpet wasn’t cleaned in the closet and I still have yet to receive an invoice, which I will need to give to my apartment management company so I don’t get charged for them to clean the carpets. Which would be much more than what I paid you guys to clean. I have asked for the invoice once already. I will either take my money back and an invoice for proof, or you guys can clean it again, including the closet and also give me an invoice. I’m normally not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I only have until Tuesday, 5/30, to get this resolved.

Nick did a great job, showed up on time, explained things through and then got to work. In and out quick, and carpets look and smell great. Will be using again in the future.
