I love the fact water is not used. Knowing they use a pet safe chemical cleaner was important to me. Since it was a chemical cleaner I dreaded that there might be a chemical smell after he was done. There was none. Shannon was very friendly yet extremely professional and efficient. If North Fargo needs carpets, tiles, floors done...give Oxifresh a call! I would definitely use them again!
