Shannon had done my daughters a year or so ago and it was amazing. I said then I would never have anyone come to steam or water log my carpet again. So he did mine and once again amazing and dry in one hour. Now my other daughter has scheduled 6 rooms in her home. Shannon explains what oxi is and was so professional and promoting the product. He was so neat and I had not one thing to clean up after he left. He is a great ambassador for the company.
