I would have like to have been asked before he left if there was any spots he might have overlooked because he has a bad back. I've had at least 6 back surgeries and 3 rods in each hip so would have had a person normally pull my recliner out. It isn't that heavy. Otherwise I would definitely recommend oxyckean services to friends or family. I've never had the chemical cleaners before so over time it will be interesting to see if it holds out to stay cleaner longer!! MR. - Bismarck, ND - 05/20/2025

Appointment was at 11:00 no one showed called in they told me my appointment was at 11:30 I said that’s not what my text said that you sent out for a reminder. The service person was nice but when my wife came home she said there’s parts that still look dirty. DW. - Bismarck, ND - 05/16/2025

Technician was very pleasant to work with. Dressed in nice looking corporate apparel for a good first impression. Job was not rushed, very deliberate and thorough. Initially I was concerned as the cleaning was during our open business hours, but it did not interfere with our operations at all. Product and process resulted in very little moisture left behind so the dry time was considerably less than previous companies. This was a big plus for us as we have a large inventory of greeting cards and other paper packaged products that were not affected by high humidity. In the days that followed we had customers commenting on how "fresh" the store smelled, just like their name "Oxi Fresh"!
