The service is great. The person takees his time cleaning your carpets and then the customer and cleaner look at the carpet together. They always do a great job.

The guy was awesome! Great customer service and wonderful employee! Problem is and not his fault… The way the machine made my carpet nap look terrible! I have vacuumed my floors 3 times and can’t get it to look right! Looks like it took half my carpet up! Carpet is clean got up the spots no complaints there!!

The gentleman that came to clean my carpets was very communicative. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would totally recommend this company to anyone.

Rahjan was very professional and took his time to clean two couches at my house. He did a wonderful job and I am very satisfied with the cleaning. Our dog normally slept on these couches so they needed a deep clean. Everything turned out fresh and clean!

The fibers on the carpet have are not as soft as before the treatment, they feel coarse, even after they were completely dry and I had vacuumed them
