I can not say enough good things about this franchise! After trying several other carpet cleaning services over the past 10 years, I had almost given up on finding someone who actually cleaned the carpet such that the spots did not reappear as soon as the carpet dried. But Oxi Fresh did way better. The spots did not reappear, The employee was top notch. I was thrilled!
But that's not all. I called them again this fall to clean my carpet again. The day after my carpet was cleaned last week, our dog had an accident on the clean carpet. I texted the franchise owner, Mike to see if he could come back and do that part again. He said he would be right over and he did just that. I could not have been more thankful. It was Thanksgiving day!
I highly recommend Oxi Fresh Without reservation.

The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The reason I did not give you a 10 was because the carpet (in places) took much longer to dry than he indicated. About 8-9 hours instead of the 1 1/2 hours that he said.

To be honest, I feel like this service was a complete waste of money. To my dismay, my chair and matching ottoman did not look any different after being treated. I went back myself and sprayed laundry grade Oxy Boost spray on a spot on the seat cushion, left it, and then brushed it out with a soft cloth and now that spot is white against the dingy rest of the seat! AFTER being "treated" by your service! That is extremely frustrating. When the technician was finished, I had to stop him and point out an entire panel that he had left undone that was bone dry. Several places on the chair and ottoman were left untouched and even still had loose debris that I could sweep off with my fingers. I would not recommend the service because I feel that if I had simply applied my own whitener and some elbow grease myself, my items would have been cleaned 100% better. Essentially I paid out $85 for my furniture to get wet.
(The technician who came out was very respectful and professional. I did need to remind him gently that wearing his mask below his nose was the equivalent of not wearing a mask at all, and he immediately fixed his mask.)
