My technician was 2 hrs late. My appointment was at 10:30. At 11 I called the office to make sure my appointment was still on bc I hadn't heard anything, she called Jesse and he told her he would call me. He texted me a few min later and said he was just leaving his previous apt but was on his way. I asked him how long he said his gps was saying 30-35 min. After an hour and 5 min I texted him to ask when he was coming and he said 12 min. By the time he arrived it was over 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment. I had to cancel a work meeting! When he arrived smelled so strongly like cigarette smoke I was afraid my house was going to smell. He did apologize and took $20 off the bill. To be honest, the couch is cleaner than it was for sure but it still looks dirty. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it to family or friends.

We have used OxiFresh in other states and have always had a great experience.
Our technician was 45 mins late. Though he communicated he was on his way 20 mins prior to the appointment time he never specified how far away he was.
All items (furniture and rugs) were left soaking wet and took overnight to dry.
Certain areas look like little detail was paid attention to addressed.
