It was easy to make an appointment and availability was next day. Love that the carpets are not saturated with water/solution and dry quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and did a great job.

The product seemed to work well. I'm only a day out, but so far most stains appear to be gone. Even a high traffic area that was gray looks much lighter.
Our Tech, Rahjan, was prompt, personable, super hard-working, and very amenable to going back over difficult areas and trying different methods. He worked way overtime to ensure a quality experience.
We would highly recommend this company to others.
