Miles was friendly and ended up doing a pretty good job, however, there were issues.
When he sprayed the furniture and the carpet in 2 bedrooms he also got quite a bit of solution on the hardwood floors. I cleaned it up, in front of him and told him if it didn't get wiped up right away, it could damage the hardwood.
He said he would use a mop to wipe it up, which he did, but only after it had dried.
The other issue was...he had sprayed the cushions on the chairs with so much solution that it still wasn't completely dry the next morning.
Also, there was one area of carpet in the master bedroom that didn't come as clean as I had hoped. I thought he would put some type of spray on it to let it sit for awhile before he actually cleaned the rest of the carpet, but to my knowledge, that didn't happen.

I had a marvelous experience with OxiFresh Carpet Cleaners. Malec was friendly, courteous, respectful and very professional. He did a great job on two area rugs 9X12 and two 5x7 rugs and one 3x5 rug--all for a great price. But the best part was they looked the best than any other cleaning crew I had in.
