I received service on a Sunday and called on the following Monday about my disappointment with my service and I was told that I would hear back from the owner. I never did. My upstairs hallway was not cleaned properly. The dog urine was not cleaned at all, the spot was missed altogether. I want some kind of refund or someone else to come out.
