I paid for the 5 room package online even though I only had 4 rooms in my home. The technician was late. He took one look at the rug and up charged me for a Oder remover an additional 30 dollars. He brought in a water jug that he asked me to keep refilling for him. He was in my apartment from 930 AM until 3 PM that’s evening for a 3 bedroom apartment living room and hallway. The carpets were left soaking wet and still stained. I am definitely not happy with this service. And when he wrote out my receipt it had 219.00 on it but I actually paid 249.00. I feel like he pocketed the extra money. I could have rented a rug doctor from food lion and got the same result but saved a ton on money. Beware ST. - Greensboro, NC - 06/24/2023

The local franchisee, Eric, went out of business. He charged me $200+ for a service he never performed. When I asked for a refund he reffered me to the national # given above. That # is for scheduling. They ONLY schedule. They do not have the authorization to do anything else. And there is no other #. They told me 5 different times with 5 different phone calls that someone would call me back and no one ever did. I am out over $200 and will never use their service again. BEWARE!!
