First appointment time was going to be 2 hours late. Rescheduled appointment time was 1 hour late. Technician was not wearing covers on his boots and went in and out of house several times.
That being said, the rugs look great and the technician was very nice. He did text to let me know he was running late both times.
If appointment had been on time I would have given a 9!
