I like that the service I received was accurate. I am always satisfy the way my rugs look and smile. I like the fact I received a courtesy from them to let me know they are on their twice. The person was on time , which I love and very professional while doing the job explaining the products being used.

All of the staff involved with booking and cleaning were professional, consistent ,and clear. I had a lot of concerns about the cleaning I had booked, but the staff answered all of my questions and were able to suggest an appropriate cleaning.
Once the cleaning actually took place, I was blown away at the before and after. Oxi Fresh went above and beyond to get my carpet cleaned. I will definitely be using them again for all of my carpet care needs.
