I haven't even walked on the carpet yet so I can't comment on the product used.
I will say, so far I'm very impressed that it came clean at all. The carpet is old and was very dirty! The service tech was professional, efficient and helpful which these days is very rare. Thank you for your service.

The carpet doesn't look even slightly cleaner than before oxyfresh did the job. Yes, our carpet was gross and the technician warned us that some stains wouldn't come out, but the before photos on your website are worse than our carpet was and they came clean! It took fifteen to twenty minutes to do a small room and basement staircase for $108 (plus a tip, of course). I'm not convinced it was either cleaned or sanitized so we will rent a machine and do it ourselves. Sorry but this was an absolute waste of money.
