Do not send Jason (?) to clean my carpets again! When I asked him to redo an area that is not clean, he tells me it is clean. He makes excuses why he cannot go over an area that I have paid your company for him to clean. If I ask an area to be cleaned again that is not clean, I would like for your person to go over it again. He always acts like he hates to use your cleaning spray fluid for some reason. I had asked that he not be sent to do my cleanings, but he was sent again any way. If you want me to continue using your company, send someone who is willing to listen to me as the customer. The technician, Luke Atkins, was efficient, knowledgable and thorough; he made my old carpets look new again. I am very happy with the service as well; OxiFresh was able to come right away, completed the work in good time, and the carpets were dry so quickly too. I'm a happy customer!
