It was very important that your guy cleaning the rug show up that day because we were doing the closing on the house. He did not show up, or call.
In addition, my daughter took a day off work to be there to let your guy in.
We fortunately got in touch with another company, but it cost about a third more because of the short notice, etc. But He got there, cleaned it, and it looked good. We made the closing on the house without incident.
