You guys were very professional, thorough and friendly. Rashaun was so kind and made sure that he explained everything in detail. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. He is a valuable employee (and I am sorry if I spelled his name wrong).
The carpet looks wonderful and everyone was extremely satisfied with the results.

The man who came was very nice and worked hard. Unfortunately many spots came right back to the surface following a week of not walking on the carpet other than to to vacuum twice after waiting a few days as instructed by the gentleman who serviced our home. I called to get some advice on what a to do and was told the spots might be retreated since there was an issue. I was then advised that the owner said that since I was a couple of days over a week that nothing could be done for me. If I wanted any assistance they would retreat completely and charge since they don’t spot clean. This is only about 5 or 6 spots and it is the Tuesday following a three day holiday weekend. I didn’t call sooner assuming they were closed. I apparently should have known they were not. A little good will goes a long way….
