I had to hire another company and have carpets redone the next day. I texted a pic of the difference between the 2 jobs to the owner of oxiclean. Disappointed that for trouble spots you wanted extra money. Instead of just cleaning a little harder. Not impressed at all could have just rented the rug doctor. You wanted extra money to do a good job. Just money hungry and lazy. You should be glad that I decided to not to do a review. I had five rooms of carpet cleaned. They were soaked with chemicals although they claimed they were eco-friendly they had an awful chemical smell. The machine used on the carpet seem to just swirl any dirt around as there is no extraction of water or chemical company advertised quick dry in an hour however, after four hours they were still soaking wet. My carpet smelled awful. After reaching out to the owner of the business, the only thing he offered me was a redo of the technique they use, which ruined my carpets in the first place. He was unwilling to refund me or compromise and refund me half, since I had to hire another company to come out and clean my carpets the same day. This company is more geared for slumlords who don’t want to actually clean a carpet, but hide the dirt and douse with chemicals. AW. - Kernersville, NC - 03/24/2024
