The tech clean the floors good but in the process of cleaning his shampoo cord gotten wrapped around the table leg and broken my large vase. I told him things happen and nothing can be done to fix it because it broken into lots of pieces.

Representative came to our home gave us various options for the carpet cleaning. Rajuan took the time to explain and he started at the basic cleaning level and from there we got to decide if we wanted a deeper clean.
