Your process cleans our carpet better and leaves them drier than shampooing them. Your techs are also personable and well qualified.

The service technician (Daron) was very knowledgeable about the Oxi Fresh system for cleaning carpet. He took time to walk with us through our house to look at the carpet, room by room, and ask if we had any areas that we thought needed special attention. He was thorough with the cleaning process, gave us information for caring for the carpet after cleaning, and told us to call if we had any concerns over the next few days. The carpets looked restored and cleaned after the Oxi Fresh process was completed.
