Service was great, Darion was able to come by an hour earlier and was very efficient and friendly. My carpets are now clean and smell great! Would highly recommend.

When the service man left, all the spots in the rug were gone and usually they're gone for a couple months, but in even the next day they started to appear in the kitchen area, so I'm not sure whether the rug underneath,which they tell me is the cause of the spots deteriorated,or whether they just weren't cleaned thoroughly.
Your service man was very professional because he was running late and he texted me to advise me of that fact.
