I'm not sure what happened with our appointment and was disappointed with the lack of communication. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 on May 2nd. I heard from Jesse at 7:40 that he was on the way. We are currently of state so our realtor was at the house to meet him. At 8:30 she called me to let me know that he was not there. She said that she called the main line and was told he would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes she called again and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes. I reached out using the number that Jesse had text from to see where he was and got no response. Our realtor called the main line again saying that she could not stay past 9:30. She was then told that the owner would be calling me. I have never received a call from the owner. With such a lack of communication from the company I decided not to reschedule and to go forward with another local company. With all of the good reviews of the company I'm very sad with how our appointment turned out.
