Clients need to understand fully how Enzimes work. Possibly not all carpets should be in your market.

Your tech did a good job. I have never been asked to tip the tech. I assume he is paid by the company and does not rely on tips .Doubt I will use you again.

Brandon did a great job explaining the cleaning process before he started. The finished carpets are beautiful. All the pet stains are gone and the whole house smells fresh and clean. I will definitely use Oxifresh again.
