What do I like? I like the fact that you got my carpet cleaned!!! I loved your technician Filips - unsure about the spelling- his timeliness and the fact that he called to let me know that he would be running a little late, I appreciated how easy it was to schedule and the reasonable price. I will definitely use your services again. Thanks so much and give that nice young man a raise!!!

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Great job on my rug. Considering my rug was 21 years old, it is beautiful. He did much better than I expected. It is beautiful now and I am very pleased.
