The nice gentleman was very professional, he did an excellent job cleaning our entire upstairs carpet, including the stairs case, he was to remove all the stains and our whole house carpet was like brand new, i strong recommend oxyfresh carpet cleaning, they did an awesome job ???? ???? I used the company previously when I lived in NY. Now that I'm in NC, I figured I would continue using the company. I requested 5 rooms, plus the hall to be cleaned. The service provider spent an appropriate amount of time cleaning my family room, which is the only carpeted room on the first floor. He finished the entire upstairs in the same amount of time (4 rooms, plus hall), then knocked his dispenser down my wood stairs, causing nicks in the flooring.
