Libby did an awesome job, and we will definitely want her to come back again. She had some difficult pet stains and worked very hard to get them out. She was friendly, thorough and professional! Excellent job!

Scheduled an appointment, not only did they not show up, they lied and said it was miscommunication in which I called twice to say no technician showed up. Not no good service but no service at all.

1st cleaning: tech was an hour late and did a rush job. She finished in 20 minutes (4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs) needless to say, the carpet was not clean after services. Called customer service and they scheduled a re-cleaning.
2nd Cleaning: Tech was 1hr 30 minutes late and stated she was not going to reclean everything and only “spot clean”. Needless to say she had a nasty attitude after i informed her that it was unacceptable & that I’ve already spoken with customer service. She then redid the carpets as discussed but with a very bad attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this tech to anyone.

Many stains were left and I was told that they could not be taken out. But my home machine has removed them in the past. I'm just unable to use it now due to surgery on my knee. The deodorizer didn't work too well either. So, I probably won't use this company again.
