The cleaning rep didn't have on a uniform. He wore regular clothes which was a bit shocking. He also communicated directly from his Gmail account instead of a work email.

Oxy Fresh employee was on time. He was very professional and also very positive and friendly. He cleaned my rugs and sprayed odor destroyer on them. I will use Oxy Fresh for my carpet and rug cleaning in the future.

The technician did a good job. The machine doesn't get into the edges of the carpet.
My carpet does look better, it wasn't extremely dirty after 20 years.
