My carpet does look better, it wasn't extremely dirty after 20 years.

The person that came out mixed up the times and came 45 minutes late. He smelled heavily like weed and as if he hadn't had a bath. My experience before this was the same. The person comes late and smells like weed.
But I allowed them to complete the job and that part was a success.
