I recently made the terrible mistake of choosing Oxy Fresh Carpet Cleaning for my area rug cleaning needs, and I must say, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I can't believe how disappointed I am with the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. We had clearly discussed the timelines during our initial interactions, but unfortunately, the service was not delivered on time. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the significant inconvenience it has caused me. My initial call was great, and I was very excited because my area rugs really needed to be cleaned. My appointment was at 11, and I went through the trouble of removing the rugs from my house and into the garage to make it easier for the service gentleman and moving the cars just so the gentleman could access the garage. Here I am, sitting in my office, and it's already 11:05. And guess what? There was not a single person in sight. No phone call to let me know they're going to be late, not even a simple text message. How disappointing. I called the company and asked what was going on, but the person I spoke to did not know what was going on. The young lady called the service guy, and he said he would call. Throughout my conversation with the young lady, the gentleman never bothered to call. And when he did finally call me, it was going to take him almost an hour to get to me. As a first-time customer, I must say I am extremely disappointed. I have always believed that a first impression can make or break a business, and unfortunately, my initial experience with your company has left a lasting negative impression.
As a business owner myself, I am aware that things do happen and issues arise. However, I also think that a channel of communication exists. If I am aware that I will not make it or will arrive late for a meeting, I will notify my customer via text or email that I am running behind schedule and will get back to them as soon as I finish the meeting. I am extremely disappointed because I value everyone's time. And I wish they valued mine.
