First of all Jason our Carpet Service person was very polite and professional. The BEST part of the actual service is, most of the carpet was DRY in about an 1 hour! The parts of the carpet that did take a little longer to dry were where heavily soiled areas needed extra treatment. Also Jason shampooed my couch and futon and again to my surprise they were completely dry in about 3 hours. All in all I am most happy with the service. THANK YOU JASON!!!!

The customer service was really good. The tech was very knowledgeable of the product and shared a lot of good tips . I was contacted by the owner about the service and I explained to him about a few spots I noticed that didn’t come out and he came out personally and took care of it . I’m pleased with the service I received I would recommend Oxy Fresh
